This incident affected: ERX (Electronic Prescribing of Controlled Substances, Real Time Prescription Benefit(RTPB), Prescription Drug Monitoring Program (PDMP) Service, Prescriptions) and Electronic Health Records (Referrals, Clinical Encounter, Fax, Labs).
